Spacious Deluxe Double Room with great fresh breakfast options. The pool area lacked enough shaded spots for families, though.

The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, with beautifully appointed common areas that made it a pleasure to unwind after a day of exploring Merida.
The only downside was the somewhat dated decor in my room, which didn't quite match the charm depicted in online pictures.

the place was nice, yet slightly outside the main area—a small trade-off. I did expect better, especially when the bed looked slept in and they don't even iron the sheets! Honestly, who doesn’t have pillow protectors these days? a little welcome gift or upgrade would’ve been nice too, but I suppose that’s just too much to ask.

During our recent stay, we loved the unique fusion of antiques and modern decor, which created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was consistently excellent, with a variety of fresh options served on a beautiful wooden table where we enjoyed mingling with other guests. The spacious Deluxe Quadruple Room was perfect for us, featuring a fantastic shower that opened into a lush, private area. This stay was primarily to explore Merida's vibrant attractions, and we couldn't have asked for a better base, as the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from popular spots like Plaza Grande and the Museo de Arte Popular de Yucatan.

Spacious Rooms and Delicious Breakfast
We had an amazing time enjoying the spacious rooms with plenty of amenities, especially the unique shower design that opens up to a little green space. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fresh platter of fruits and well-prepared dishes served in a lovely communal setting where we got to socialize with other guests. The location, while a bit away from the very center, was perfect for enjoying a peaceful stay without much noise. One small suggestion would be to offer more variety in breakfast options.
